Queerbourhoodwatch Botched

Hi, I’m McKenzie Raymond.

I used to run a public Instagram page, @queerbourhoodwatchbotched (“Botched”) which was ~mysteriously~ deleted in August, 2022. I started my page in response to another Instagram page, @queerbourhoodwatch (currently going by @queerwitchcoven and FKA @quarrelsomewitchcoven) which is an “anonymous” “art” “collective” (yes, the use of quotes on each of those words is intentional and their art is terrible) run by just two people; Willurai Kirkbright-Burney and Elli Lamplugh. I used Botched to expose QW’s abuse, correct their misinformation and lies, and attempt to make light-hearted, funny commentary on what was actually a really fucked situation for the people they were targeting.

And yet somehow, this lead to a federal politician applying for a vexatious, baseless and frivolous Apprehended Personal Violence Order against me.

Linda Burney, the Minister for Indigenous Australians, is Willurai’s mum.

[More on this another time: The AVO itself was not even police supported. Linda is a federal politician. If there were any truth to the statement she provided in regards to stalking and harassment allegations then don’t cha think it’s a bit suss that the police wouldn’t support it? And they didn’t charge me?]

I’m working on writing the full background to this whole thing, including timelines and bios but for now, I’m just sharing the google photo albums I’ve created. They are a collection of as much of the evidence I can be fucked categorising for the time being. This was originally posted on my facebook page on the 17th of November, 2022.

“A month ago, I was at Newtown Local Court to oppose the vexatious, baseless and frivolous AVO that Linda Burney applied for against me. 
Of course, she backed out purely cause she was worried about her reputation (not cause she realised what she was doing was fucked).

I was gonna go into how much this experience has fucked my mental health and sense of safety but I don’t want to make Willurai and Elli cum so I’ll just leave you with this- I’m commenting on this post with my first lot of google photo albums.
